Hello Everyone!
I realize that it has been far too long since I last updated le blog and I think I might have made a few certain someones angry by my posts, or rather, my lack of posts. I sincerely apologize but what can a girl do? From AP classes (including the nightmare that is AP Bio), debate tournaments, FBLA conferences, tutoring (I need dough), to trying to have some kind of a social life (hahahahaha), I barely have time to breathe! Thank goodness it's Thanksgiving Break!!!
OK. I understand that it's no excuse. Sorry, again.
Anyways, last week I decided to dress up a bit for my yearbook photo for FBLA. We (the FBLA officers) decided to go for a Black and White color scheme to look extra professional.
If you know me then you should know that 9 times out of 10, I'm dressed mono-chromatically. My go-to colors are definitely black, white, and blue and I like to accessorize here and there with some gold or silver jewelry. So when Josephine (the FBLA prez) told me the theme I was so excited. Black and white is right up my alley.
As the weather was finally starting to cool down (California Fall weather is around 65-70 degrees) I decided to bust out this rad pleather skirt from UO that has recently become a new addition to my wardrobe. I wanted to contrast the toughness of the leather with something girly so I went with a lace top. In order to keep warm a bit I threw on a pair of tights (which surprisingly make a huge difference) and a black waffle knit cardigan.
I hope you enjoyed the post and Happy Thanksgiving!Give a listen to U.HU.RU. This beat always makes me want to nod my head and drink lattes (actually I'm always up for a latte).Expect a Black Friday Haul and a possible food-baby-proof outfit post soon. Or kind of soon. Whatever. You get what I mean.
Until Next Time...
